In terms of R&D and design, Xinjunjie's R&D team uses advanced processes and technologies to develop high-performance, low-power consumption, and high-precision optical equipment to meet the needs of various application scenarios. We focus on the development of solutions, providing customers with comprehensive technical support, customizing effective targeted solutions, and helping customers enhance their product competitiveness.

Currently, the company has nearly 300 employees, with 60% having a bachelor's degree or above, 17% having a master's degree, and 4% having a doctoral degree. The leaders of the R&D team come from well-known domestic and foreign universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang University, and Wuhan University, with nearly 100+ people in the R&D team.
